Wine barrels are taken apart by hand, cut and 
all edges well-sanded to extra, extra smoothness.  
Each component is then stained, lightly sanded, 
and finished with food grade lacquer.

NOTE:  Because we are using actual wine barrels from various vineyards,
all sizes are approximate and will vary slightly from item to item.
